G-ALCM  Percival P.50 Prince 1                           (c/n  P.50/1)

                               

                                    First flown on 13 May 1948 the Prince was a larger development of the earlier Merganser.  Seen
                                    here in this nice manufacturer's photograph is the prototype whichfirst flew under the Class B regis-
                                    tration G-23-1.  Only 24 model P.50s were built.  This prototype was broken up in 1956.
