                                     This C-47A-DL had previously been operated by Phillipine Airlines as PI-C24.  It was one of
                                     ten similar machines operated by Cathay from 1947 to the mid 1950s.    This aircraft went to
                                     Queensland Airlines in 1951 as VH-AAU, and then to Far East Air Transport in Taiwan as
                                     B-247 in 1967.
