Alaska
Southern Airways Lockheed Vega 5B NC336H
(c/n 81)

When Alaska-Washington Airways went
into receivership, Nick Bez purchased their two
Lockheed Vegas,
the machine seen above plus NC974H. These were used on the Juneau
to Seattle route (with a stop in Ketchikan). This aircraft was
absorbed into the asset register
of Pan American's Pacific
Alaska Airways subsidiary when Pacific Southern Airways was
sold to them in
1934.
