VH-PVC  Cessna 185B Skywagon                      (c/n  185-0253)

                                      

                                            This Cessna 185B was seen near its base at Albury NSW in 1970.   Photo from the Geoff Goodall
                                            collection.   It was originally Super Spread’s VH-SSL, purchased by Pastoral Aviation at Albury in
                                            December 1963 and reregistered VH-PVC.       It remained with them until destroyed on 21 August
                                            1971 when it struck rising terrain near Darraweit Vic while crop dusting, the pilot receiving serious
                                            injuries.
