VH-DCE  DHC-1 Chipmunk T.10                     (c/n  C1/0534)

                                

                                    First registered to Kingsford Smith Flight Services Pty Ltd as VH-KFA in 1959, this Chipmunk
                                    became VH-DCE in August 1962.   It was ex RAF WG484.  The above Greg Banfield photo-
                                    graph taken at Bankstown in 1962 is relatively rare inasmuch as it was re-registered again in
                                    1964, becoming VH-GCE.    It had several owners in NSW in the 1960s until it was sold in the
                                    US in 1973 as N13DW.
