Gloster Grebe     
                            
                              

                                  The Grebe was the RAF's first new post WW I fighter aircraft, and entered service in 1923.  Shown
                                  above is a Gloster Aircraft Company shot of this important arcraft.   The Grebe was developed from
                                  the Gloster Grouse.    It continued in front line service until 1929.
