                                        Nice study of a "Bamboo Bomber" in flight up from Wichita circa 1943.  Over 3,000 of these
                                        military versions of the civilian T-50 were built as UC-78s along with another 1,000 or so AT-17
                                        trainers.  Post WW II, hundreds if not thousands of them found their way onto the civilian market.
