F-BAQO  Caudron C.449/1 Goeland                  (c/n 1175)

                                 

                                      A grainy, albeit very rare image, from the Alan Scolefield collection of a Caudron Goeland in
                                      scheduled Cie Air Transport service taken at Manchester Ringway Airport in 1947 whilst the
                                      aircraft was flying the Ringway-Croydon-Lille route.   The Goelands were replaced (in 1948)
                                      with a modest fleet of four Beech C18S machines.
