D-961    Albatross L.73                           (c/n 10077)

                               

                                      D-961, named 'Brandenburg', was one of four operated by Deutsche Luft Hansa in the 1920s.
                                      The L.73 was a twin-engined biplane airliner of conventional configuration featuring a boat-like
                                      fuselage and engine nacelles.   This machine crashed at Babekuhl on 28 May 1928.  The above
