CF-KSK Beech J35
Bonanza
(c/n D5637)
The 1957 Model H35
was actually the first of the "second generation" of Bonanzas.
This model
had been out one year
before the J35, seen above, was introduced in 1958. Noticeable
difference,
of course, to the
earlier models, was the addition of a window aft of the second square
one. This
window gradually kept
getting bigger as subsequent variants of this popular V-tail aircraft
evolved.
This shot was taken at the Beech distributorship at Van Nuys Airport,
Southern California, in the
early 1960s.
The long range tip tanks were an optional extra.
