CF-BMO Avro 652A Anson V
Over 1,000 of the Mark V Ansons were built in canada
during WW II. Utilizing a moulded
plywood construction
as opposed to the fabric covered Annies so prevalent in Australia, these
machines are identifiable by the round windows. This
particular one was an early dismisal
from the RCAF
ranks and already looks like it was pretty well derelict when this
Peter Keating
shot was
taken in the early 1950s.
