Boeing Aircraft of Canada was formed in 1929 by the United
Aircraft and Transport Corporation
(who owned, among other
entities, the Boeing Airplane Company and its subsidiary, Boeing Air
Transport). The
parent comnpany had designed the model 204, five of which were
envisioned, but
only three built (two
by Boeing and one in kit form by a private owner). The Canadian
Division also
built four of them,
designed C-204. The above shot illustrates the first. The
other three were CF-ALB
CF-ALC and CF-ALD.
