This chubby little thing was the first of the
Voyager series and was a development of the earlier
Stinson 105
(often known as the HW-75). In 1941 Stinson became a
Division of Vultee Aircraft
and over 750
of this model was produced at their plant in Wayne,
Michigan. This example was
photographed
at Hawthorne Municipal Airport in 1960.
