Stinson 105
(HW-75) CF-BSV (c/n 7250)

The Stinson 105 was that
company's first entry into the true lightplane field. Originally
first
produced in 1939 it was a hit from the start and the plant had trouble
in keeping up with demand.
The photograph above of this Canadian example is by Leo J. Kohn and
features a 1940 model
powered by a 80 hp Continental
A-80-6 engine. The inscription on the tail says 'Johannesson
Flying Service'.
