Woodley Airways Curtiss-Wright Sedan 6-B   NC14975                      (c/n  2042)

This very nice (and very rare) image is from the Alfred Opland collection.  As indicated in the
previous entry, Arthur Woodley favored Travel Air S-6000-Bs.  In 1930 Curtiss-Wright's
St. Louis, Missouri operation took over the old Travel Air company and hence the S-6000-B
was given a face-lift and entitled the Curtiss-Wright Sedan.  Notable difference was the reduced
horn balance on the rudder.  The aircraft in the background is NC360M, a true Travel Air
                                         S-6000-B.
