Havilland D.H.82A Tiger Moth

This New Zealand built Tiger was
ex NZ837. It was sold to C. Roscoe of New Brighton
operating out of Taieri in
1947. It went to Aerial Sowing Canterbury Ltd for use as a top-
dresser by the end of
1950. This shot shows it at hastings, circa 1949, whilst
still used as
a training machine.
ZK-AOQ crashed near Oamaru on 21 September 1955 and was
officially cancelled from the
register in 1962.
