ZK-ANH      de Havilland D.H.82A Tiger Moth          (c/n  3671)

                                             
                                        

                                                 ZK-ANH was a pre-war Tiger built at Hatfield in 1938.  It was imported into New Zealand
                                                 in that year as ZK-AGF, and registered to the Southland Aero Club.  Imnpressed in WW II
                                                 into the RNZAF it became NZ710.  It was sold to Mr Liddell from Wigram in 1947 as ZK-ANH.
                                                To Aerial Farming NZ Ltd of Palmerston North in 1951 for use as topdresser.  Crashed at Echolands
                                                (8km from Taumarunui) on 27 April 1954 seriously injuring pilot Mike Beaven. It was then sold to
                                                 R. Handley in 1956, although reduced to spares three years later.
