ZK-BLD       Piper PA-22 Tri-Pacer            (c/n  22-3770)

Even with this sharp Jim Dyson (via David Molesworth) shot, the markings on ZK-BLD are tough
to discern, especially using, as Piper did, a stencil type.  Although imported early in 1956 it seems
that this aircraft was only sold on to the Canterbury Aero Club in December of that year, when this
photograph was taken.  ZK-BLD crashed in August of 1967 and it was rebuilt as ZK-BSG, first
registered in 1975, and still current.
