ZK-BAM de
Havilland D.H.82A Tiger Moth
(c/n 83256)

Jim Dyson took this
nice shot (illustrated here courtesy of the David Molesworth
collection).
ZK-BAM was another
of the surplus RAF machines shipped out to New Zealand in 1951-
52. This one was ex
G-AMAJ. It was owned by East Coast Air Services of Gisborne
when
this image was taken, circa
1954. It was written off in an accident at Dannevirke
in 1962.
