ZK-AJA  de Havilland D.H.82A Tiger Moth            (c/n   DHNZ7)

                              

                                  The rego on this Tiger is painted on the tail in outlined light blue dope over a silver rudder.
                                  It is identifiable (barely) as ZK-AJA on the original print.  This was the paint scheme of the
                                  Otago Aero Club in the early 1950s.   In 1957 it was sold to D. Herron of Balfour. After
                                  a series of private owners it crashed at Charlton (near Gore) in 1964.
