ZK-AFQ   Taylor J.2 Cub                    (c/n    977)

When this Ken Meeham shot was taken, ZK-AFQ was operated by the Canterbury Aero
Club at Christchurch.   On my first trip to New Zealand all I had was a old Box Brownie
and a very cheap Kodak 120 bellows camera.  If anything, the Box Brownie did a better job.
By that time (circa 1952) ZK-AFQ had moved to Tuaranga which is where the lower (Kodak
                                  120) shot was taken.  Surprisingly, the rego had not been moved to the tail.  ZK-AFQ crashed
into Red Hill, at Papkura in May 1963.
