Registered in June 1967, VH-TLY was likely delivered to the Tasmanian Aero Club at
                                           Launceston because at the same time the club received Piper PA32-300 VH-TLT . It was
                                           definitely Launceston based in 1976, in the name of Harold Howell and was still at Launces-
                                           ton when David Carter photographed it on February 28, 1981.   –TLY was current in Dec
                                           2016 and based at the Queensland mining town of Theodore.
