VH-TGF  de Havilland DHC-6-300 Twin Otter                                 (c/n 270)

                                

                                       Built in December 1969 as N93995 for a broker, Air Capital International, this Twin Otter
                                       was immediately sold off to TAA as VH-TGF for operation in New Guinea.  When disposed
                                       of in 1975 by the airline it went to the N.T. Air Medical Service.         In 1980 it was being
                                       operated by Bush Pilots Airways, and in 1982 sold off to Air Queensland.   Danny Tanner's
                                       shot above was taken at Rockhampton in July 1986.           In July 1999 it was reregistered
                                       VH-UQR, and in 2002 sold to Orion Aviation in New Hampshire as N270CM.        It was
                                       then updated to a Series 400 by Viking Air in Sidney, NC and sold in the Maldives becoming
                                       8Q-TMR for Trans Maldivian Airways.       I believe it is still current.  Go forever, don't they,
