VH-SSJ  (3)  DHC-1 Chipmunk Mk. 22                           (c/n  C1-0543)

                               

                                      This Mike Vincent photo (via Geoff Goodall) shows -SSJ at Wodonga, Victoria in January
                                      1976 at a fly-in.  The nice flying shot below is from the CAHS archives and was probably
                                       taken in the vicinity of Romsey.     Then, as now, it retains its original red/white RAF scheme.  
                                       In much the same livery today, late contemporary photos I have seen of it (mid 2009) indicate
                                       that the rego is now painted in minuscule letters on the fin.
