VH-SDT  Piper PA-22-150 Tri-Pacer                               (c/n  22-4076)

                                

                                     Several registrations are often noted as ntu (not taken up) but, in actual fact, were painted on the
                                     aircraft.  One such was -SDT, seen above at Morwell early in 1995.  When the Tri-Pacer was
                                     eventually granted its CofA following a restoration, it was actually assigned the rego VH-SDO.
                                     Clearly the painters had received word that it would be -SDT.
