VH-RVE (1)  de Havilland D.H.82A Tiger Moth                            (c/n  DHA1052)

                                       

                                              Acquired by the Royal Vic in May of 1954, VH-RVE was ex  A17-617.  My shot above
                                              was taken on 1 January 1955.   A fortnight later this Tiger had a mid-air collision with
                                              VH-RVA near Werribee, Victoria.  Both aircraft were destroyed, the pilots being killed. .    

                                               Fate::  Collided with VH-RVA on 14 Jan 1955.
