VH-RUD  Cessna 172H Skyhawk                                        (c/n  17255710)

                                   

                                        Registered VH-KUX in June 1967, VH-RUD changed registrations when it was sold to the
                                        Royal Victorian Aero Club in August that year.    It was one of several machines registered
                                        into the VH-RU- series, vs the club's normal VH-RV- personalized preference.    Anyway,
                                        David Carter’s picture from 1975 shows it at Bankstown after it had been sold to a local
                                        Sydney pilot.   The RVAC markings were later removed   This aircraft was still current in
                                        December 2016 and based at Glen Innes, NSW.
