VH-PKA   Piper PA-23 Apache      (c/n  23-689)

                              

                                  VH-PKA was the second Apache imported into Australia, the first being VH-PDH.   At the
                                  time this photograph was taken at Essendon, Melbourne in 1958, the aircraft was owned by
                                  the Peel River Mining Company.  It was formerly registered in the US as N2127P.
