VH-PCJ (1)
de
Havilland D.H.82A Tiger Moth (c/n
296/T133)

Another Air Agricultural Control Tiger at Bankstown in
1954. This was the former VH-BNK
which had been A17-277
with the RAAF, Note that the vintage 1920s automodile was in
regular daily
use. Quite common in those days. Today, I suspect the
car would be worth more
than the
Tiger! Anyway, after it was sold, -PCJ became
VH-BCJ and then was withdrawn from
use for a
while. Restored to airworthy condition in 1963 it became VH-KLH,
and finally VH-HKG.
It is currently based (end
of 2006) at Geelong/Grovedale.
