VH-KMO    Piper PA-28-140 C-herokee                              (c/n 28-21115)

                              
 
                                  VH-KMO and VH-KMP, both rolled off the production line at the same time and were three
                                  c/ns apart.        The owner was likely Navair of Bankstown which used the VH-KM* block
                                  including Cessna 172 VH-KMQ .  In the mid 1970s -KMO was with the Whyalla Aero Club
                                  in SA.   David Carter’s  photo above was taken at Scone, NSW in September, 1984.  Today
                                 (2016) the Cherokee is registered to an owner in the Sydney area.
