VH-KCR  Auster J/1N Aiglet II                        (c/n  3362)

                                 

                                       VH-KCR was first registered in 1957, and is still current.  It has not changed its appearance
                                       much over the years, except for the positioning of the engine exhaust.   The above shot was
                                       taken by Mike Vincent at Boort, Victoria, in January 1976 (via Geoff Goodall) while the image
                                       below is from a Geoff Goodall slide showing the Aiglet at the Auster show at St. Arnaud in
                                       November 1989.  It has since been repainted, although still with fairly authentic Auster livery
                                       as seen the photo at the bottom of the page by Phil Vabre at the AAAA Fly-In at Swan Hill in
                                       April 2005.    Que Sera, as it says on the cowling. .
