VH-GMB (2) Cessna 172D Skyhawk

VH-GMB was first registered in September 1963 as VH-DIC, part of a
block of registrations
used by
Cessna agent Rex Aviation at the
time. A week later it was
changed to VH-KMB,
possibly
for Bankstown flying school Navair which received other Cessnas around
that time
registered
-KMC, -KMD and -KME. In June 1966, –KMB was reregistered VH-GMB,
in
which markings David Carter photographed it at Bankstown in 1970.
–GMB was still on the
register
in August 2016 and based at Traralgon, Victoria.
