VH-FKB  Fokker F.28 Fellowship                           (c/n  11022)

                                     

                                        Following on the production line with its sister, VH-FKA, this Fellowship operated its first
                                        revenue service on 16 July 1970.   It was named 'RMA Kimberley".   It is seen in this shot
                                       above from the CAHS archives taxiing away from the terminal at Darwin in 1971.    Titling
                                       changed in July 1981 when MacRobertson Miller Airlines was renamed Airlines of Western
                                       Australia.   It was transferred to Air New South Wales in May 1984 and flew with them until
                                       retired in August 1989, whereupon it was sold to Air Niugini becoming P2-ANH.  It was dam-
                                       aged beyond repair at Nadzab, Lae, Papua New Guinea on 16 November, 1997 when the
                                       undercarriage collapsed.
