VH-ERM  de Havilland D.H.82A Tiger Moth                           (c/n  DHA825)

                                 

                                      This is the best I can do with this negative.  It was from a 126 size film taken at Port Moresby
                                      in 1954.  Note motley collection of Ansons in the background.   VH-ERM was owned by the
                                      Aero Club of Papua, although why the out of sequence registration I am not sure.  (This mark
                                      was later allocated to a Cessna 206, more or less "in sequence"). Anyway, this Tiger was the
                                      former A17-693 and had just been civilianized when the above shot was taken.  It was with-
                                      drawn from use in 1960.
