                                   This was the first of four Beavers imported by Qantas in 1955 for use in Papua/New Guinea.
                                   John Hopton's photograph (above) was taken outside de Havilland's at Bankstown   They
                                   did not remain with the airline for long, and -EAS was sold off in 1958 becoming VH-AAP.
