VH-EAD (2)  Lockheed L-1049E-55  Super Constellation    (c/n  1049G-4607)

                                 

                                      Like the rest of the Lockheed L-1049E fleet, VH-EAD was converted to a L-1049G in 1958.
                                      Above it is seen at Mascot Airport in its original form while below is a nice Qantas shot from the
                                      Ben Dannecker collection showing it as a 1049G.      VH-EAD was sold back to Lockheed in
                                      1960 becoming N9721C.
