VH-DPZ   Cessna 210G Centurion                                   (c/n  21058900)

                                 

                                     Ex N5900F, VH-DPZ was registered in August 1967.     David Carter photographed it as Archer-
                                     field on May 7, 1976 when the aircraft was visiting from Cunnamulla.        By the end of the 1970s
                                     –DPZ had moved south with C.F. Woods at Tyabb, Victoria.  On April 11, 1986, the Cessna was
                                     flying from Flinders Island to Moorabbin when it suffered engine failure  near Wilson’s Promontory
                                     and ditched.  The pilot and passengers waded ashore but –DPZ did not recover from its immersion
                                     in sea water.
