VH-DDB  Beech 35-C33 Debonair                              (c/n  CD-1106)

                                 

                                     VH-DDB was  registered in Australia in September 1967.      David Carter caught up with it among
                                     the visiting aircraft at HMAS Albatross at Nowra, NSW during an air show in October 1969.    In
                                     July 1970, –DDB suffered a ground accident at Inverell, where it was based, when a jammed throttle
                                     caused it to crash into a fence    . By mid 1975, it had joined the fleet of the Royal Queensland Aero
                                     Club at Archerfield.          The Debonair was still registered in August 2016 with a Sydney man who
                                     had owned it since October 2012.
