VH-ABF  (2)  Auster J/2 Arrow                 (c/n  2389)


                              

                                  VH-ABF was previously G-AJPS.  It was originally a Kingsford Smith machine but had, I think,
                                  been sold when this shot was taken.    It was rebuilt in 1955 by KSA as a J/4 Archer and re-
                                  registered VH-BYL (as if it were a new machine).  So far as can be ascertained it is still "alive"
                                  and presumably well and living in Tasmania.
