                                 In the 1950s there was a corner of a hangar at Bankstown was where all the "new" Austers were
                                 parked after being checked out by Kingsford Smith Aviation.      Jeff Atkinson's photo of -AAO
                                 (above) taken outside KSAS' hangar in January 1958 is nicer than my own (below) at the same
                                 venue in April 1954    VH-AAO was the former G-AIJN.  It was re-registered VH-KFC in 1959.
